Shipping Areas: All states and territories in Australia
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
Delivery Time: 3–7 business days depending on location
Shipping Fee: Free shipping on orders over AUD $99; flat rate $9.90 under that
Tracking: All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is shipped.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. PEI&CO is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or courier issues.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags still attached
Non-returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and personal-use items
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made a mistake
Refunds: Processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items
